Absolutely the worst experience I've ever had at a nail salon. The staff were incredibly rude and unprofessional, with zero interest in providing decent customer service. Their attitude was dismissive from the moment I walked in, and they made the booking process unnecessarily complicated and frustrating.

Instead of making me feel welcome, I felt like I was a burden just for trying to schedule a simple appointment. There was no communication, no courtesy, and definitely no care for the customer experience.

I never leave bad reviews however feel like I’ve been left with no choice so no one else has to go through such an uncomfortable service.

If you value your time, money, or basic respect, do yourself a favor and go literally anywhere else.

I've taken my daughter there a few times. They always reply quickly and the quality of work and prices are very good. Daughter says its the only one she will use now.

I’ve been going here for many years and wouldn’t dream of going anywhere else. Both Rosie and Jenny do a fabulous job and are really friendly. They go out of their way to fit me in if I need an urgent appointment. Would recommend Blush very highly.

Appalling service. Rude staff. Went in for an infil, explained on the phone what I required and was I already had on my nails. The tech didn't prep my nails properly, didn't touch my cuticles and didn't file of all the part of the extension that had lifted. She had a terrible attitude and when I asked her to take some more off because there was more lifting on two of my nails she told me how rubbish my nails were and that it was too difficult. When I asked what brand of acrylic they used so I know what I have on my nails she told me I was criticising her her work. She asked me if I wanted her to continue and I said no and left with my nails badly filed. On closer inspection she has eaten into my nail bed with her file too and I have a gouge into the nail bed. Awful experience. No wonder they could fit me in at short notice. I would avoid unless you want bad nails from rude people who have a bad attitude.
