Avoid!

They did not provide an essential service but took the money and did not return it despite multiple emails. The nails started chipping out gradually during the first days after the visit, and they were supposed to last a minimum of 4 weeks. I visited this salon before, and the nails lasted intact for 5 weeks (probably now saving on customers when changing the glue).
Also, again, I contacted them multiple times on the phone and online, but I was ignored, so it was not possible to book the appointment (only after raising the complaint was this possible). I will go to the competition but never enter GLOW again.

Do not recommend it!

Used to go here, but not had my nails done for a very long time.
Booked it with a month's notice for a wedding, needing extensions. Had to wait for over 20 minutes past my appointment. Was then told that the person doing my nails was an apprentice and couldn't do extensions. They checked the computer and said that it hadn't been booked in for extensions and could only offer me straight gel.I was not happy
Going to a wedding with uneven, uncoloured nails.
Disappointed doesn't come close
