I stumbled upon Alina at urban salon by coincidence when I was looking for a nail salon and I’m so glad I did. Alina is absolutely amazing and I only go to her for my biab nails now. She is so detailed and precise and can do any design. Couldn’t recommend more!

Alina is the best! Have never had a nail technician compare to her, she’s amazing at what she does. In the past my nails only ever lasted a couple weeks but they can do over a month with Alina. She also really prioritises cleanliness and doing everything properly. Couldn’t recommend her more

Great place, not had my haircut in around 5 years, was skeptical on going to most hair salons but went to this one for a haircut/hairstyle called wolf cut and it came out great, I liked it, the cute and friendly Brazilian woman called Sue did it. Shes really great at what she does as she really took her time with it and kept asking questions if I liked it and if anything needs changing, I really recommend this place as she has many years of experience as a hairdresser 👍

Alina is a brilliant nail tech and I would recommend her to anyone! She’s been doing nails for 20+ years and you can really tell, she’s an absolute expert. She’s so efficient plus her customer service is the best - so friendly, patient and genuinely kind! My nails last over a month, they never chip and she always matches my base colour to my skin tone so they barely ever look grown out. 10/10!

I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my hair! Sue knows exactly my hair type and takes the time to understand your specific hair routine and the products you use so she can match the hair dye to ensure it goes the right colour depending on previous dyes used or shampooing routine. I always walk away with nice healthy hair that lasts ages! Thank you Sue/Urban salon!! 💇🏻‍♀️

The most amazing hairdressers and salon. The staff are super friendly and kind. I first came to prepare for a wedding and now I regularly get my hair and nails done. I couldn’t recommend it enough.

I recently had my haircut with Sue and it was such a wonderful experience from beginning to end. She is incredibly professional, attentive, and truly listens to what you want while also giving honest, helpful advice.

The cut turned out beautifully balanced and suits me perfectly. My hair feels lighter, healthier, and much easier to style. I’ve even noticed that creating curls is simpler now and they hold their shape so much better. It really shows how much skill and precision go into a great haircut.

Beyond the result itself, the whole appointment felt relaxed and welcoming. The atmosphere was warm and comfortable, and Sue made me feel completely at ease.

I’m genuinely so happy with my new look and will definitely be returning. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a talented and caring stylist!
