Been coming here for 3 years now and honestly wouldn’t go anywhere else. They always do such a good job and my nails are perfect every single time. Everyone is so welcoming and you can tell they really care about their work. I always leave happy and get so many compliments on my nails. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for a reliable nail place 🤍

I had the most relaxing head spa experience!

Julie was absolutely lovely. She made me feel completely at ease right away. She took the time to ensure I was comfortable throughout the entire treatment, which made a huge difference. Her technique was amazing, every part of the experience felt soothing and relaxing.

I left feeling completely relaxed and genuinely cared for. Thank you so much Julie!

I don’t understand why this branch takes any bookings. I’ve been to the Stretford one before and it’s the same issue. You book in advance but when you get there all nail techs are busy and you don’t get seen to. Today I booked for 11:30 and didn’t get seen until nearly 12pm. I had only booked for a BIAB take off so when it came time to see me, they had me stay in the seat in the waiting area and did my nails there. Whilst the staff are polite, I don’t think they should have a booking system as they clearly see whoever comes next to make as much money as they can. I will not be returning.

I had a wonderful experience at this nail salon! The staff, especially Sarah, Meimei and Tony were incredibly polite, friendly and welcoming. Every other staff also had a smile on their faces which made the experience feel at best. They made sure I was comfortable the entire time. The service was excellent and I left feeling very happy with my nails. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend this place!

Went in as usual with a design in mind. Showed the the design and was told they could do it. The process of removing the biab began and already that was painful as my nails were soaked too long. It also resulted in 2 of my nails snapping. As they began to do my design, I was then told that they were unsure of what it was so I chose a different design. They than spoke about amongst themselves from which I could tell them couldn't do it. So I just changed the design again to simplify it. Got to the art part of it and was then told that the person that does the art work isn't in today, come back tomorrow. Left with unhappy nails, so upset that its now ruined my start of my birthday holiday. Wasted my time as I have 2 babies and wasted my money too. Not a good experience at all. Wish I was just told at the start that the artist wasn't working today instead of wasting my time and money leaving me very upset.

Been going here since they opened , rushed my pedicure which was supposed to be 55mins finished me in 30 mins and didn’t even polish and remove dead skin.
Was told to come back and will offer full treatment only to deny what they agreed on. Very disappointed never returning again.
