I’ve been visiting this salon for just under a year. It’s run by three nail technicians — one of them is the owner, who is absolutely lovely and does impeccable work. The male technician is also excellent and very skilled.

Unfortunately, the experience is let down by the third staff member. She is consistently rude and dismissive, often doing what she wants rather than what the client requests. She’s not open to feedback and behaves unprofessionally, sometimes muttering under her breath in her local language, which comes across as disrespectful and unpleasant.

Since the salon operates on a walk-in, first-come-first-served basis, it’s difficult to avoid being served by her, which makes visits stressful and unpredictable. I’ve since switched to Cheadle Nail Bar, where the staff have been professional, attentive, and genuinely committed to providing a great experience.

The best place for nails i always have gels. Ann is always consistent with her work. I would highly recommend this place. My nails have never been so strong.

Had my gel nails and toes done here many times over 2/3yrs if not more they have always lasted 5/6wks my hands are always in water cleaning, never had a problem, staff are always smiling, we have a chat lovely ladies. See you next week 4th time this year ready for my hols .😀

Terrible, i did my nails twice with them , i wanted milky and white , they dont even know what is the white colour

I rang for an appointment the day before. Stated they were walk in only. Decided to visit the following day. They had 2 people waiting and 2 already seated. The lady advised to come back 30 mins later. I came back after a coffee and found it was still another hour. Why don't they give a clear idea of how long they are likely to take so a customer can do other things with their time instead of waiting on them, or simply do a appointment system. I decided to leave and went elsewhere.

Had my eyebrows waxed here. I couldn’t believe how gentle the lady was! They look amazing and normally I would be bright red as I am so fair skinned but not even a bit of redness she was that carful. Will definitely be back! Lovely ladies!

I was waiting for 20 days from the first time I ve been to this place....and my nails was still perfect...deff approved!
Really good quality of the polish and excellent customer service....really really recommend...

The staff are friendly and seem to do a good job. However, both times I had gel nails done here, they chipped within a week. They are supposed to last 2-3 weeks! It must be low quality gel polish. It is also very difficult to remove compared to other gels I have tried. I strongly advise against getting gel nails done here.

Lovely gel refill done today for myself and for my daughters acrylic french infills with hearts on. So kind and lovely. Had a nice chat too. Can't wait to choose another colour next time we're in. Thanks so much ladies. Xx
