Loren explained everything involved in my facial.
It's the first facial treatment I have had. It definitely won't be my last.
My skin felt like silk after Loren had worked her magic.
I highly recommend Loren. She is super professional. Extremely knowledgeable when it comes to skincare. She knew exactly which treatment would best suit me.
I have my second and third treatments booked in already.

I had my first Hifu treatment with Loren yesterday, Loren was extremely professional explaining the procedure & it’s benefits. Loren was very friendly & put me at ease. I was provided with aftercare information & have been very pleased with the initial results. This treatment develops & improves over time, so I’m looking forward to seeing how the results progress. I would highly recommend Loren 😊

I had the HIFU treatment and am so pleased with it…I immediately looked fresher although the best results will occur over 12 weeks. And I thought it was very reasonable. Loren is very knowledgeable and so lovely and I love her new salon in the mill…it’s bright and spacious with great views 🥰

I have been going to Loren for years. I have all sorts done from Shellac nails which last longer than anyone else I have tried in the past, derma planning, Vampire facials, lash perms and have in the last year started laser hair removal. I have had bikini and under arm done. It’s so nice to not have to get the razor out anymore and now I am half way through getting my legs done. Loren is professional and very good at what she does and is always learning new skills to add more treatments for her clients. I would definitely recommend.

Loren cancelled my appointment an hour before I was going because she is prioritising her regulars customers, that use her for other treatments at the same time. She is also too busy as she is moving. She said she doesn't think it will be difficult for myself and my daughter to find an appointment within a week, but it obviously would because you need a patch test. She didn't care that its my daughters 18th birthday. She had already changed the appointment once which I was fine with but I explained my daughter just needed them doing before the 12th. Surely she knew then that she was going to let us down. Extremely unprofessional person, definitely wouldn't recommend.
