My last two visits were disappointing and one has to draw the line somewhere. It’s not a cheap service for increasingly poor quality of work. The staff keep changing and their skills are very variable, it’s hit and miss place. Won’t be going there anymore.

Leo took off my gel nails very efficiently and in no time at all. He is very experienced, focused and respectful. I will ask for him next time.

The only thing was that it was cold. I went in at 10 and no heating had previously been on at all prior to salon opening so I had to keep my coat and scarf on like others.

A good experience with accomodating people with good rate. Even the design done by Kristen was beautiful. Did not take long to get them. Was even patienet enough to explain if a certain design would look good or was possible and gave me many options.
