I have been going to Kokos for a few years now and can’t recommend enough! Lee and Kelly are so so helpful and always do such an amazing job! They give me inspiration and even remember my favourite shades! Always love my nails!

It’s been 2 times that I have tried to use this services and it’s not possible, they advertise walk in services but they told me twice now that they were fully booked. Just disappointing will be better to advertise bookings only!!

Disappointed with the service I received today. Started with another cleint calling the manager to complain about her nail appointment
Then my appointment was
prolonged because the young lady who was working was in the salon by herself trying to deal with people walking in for the sunbed etc. I booked for infills and a pedicure. I had my infills done but didn't finish getting them painted and I didn't get my pedicure. The salon is shabby the music is highly inappropriate and loud the whole experience was unpleasant. Needless to say, I will not be returning. 💅

Went into Kokos today for the first time for acrylic nails and a sunbed. Lovely shop , really lovely receptionist and nail techs. Really nice range of colours to choose from also 😍

I went in for a French manicure after having long gel nails removed and requested acrylics instead. I repeatedly told the guy to ensure that the nails were not bent or curved, but they turned out exactly that way and bulky on top. When I get home,I noticed that the French lines weren’t straight and the thickness was inconsistent.

Additionally, the area under the nails was a mess. Some of the acrylic was also positioned so far to the cuticle, which it looks like my natural nails have already grown out.

£50 to pay for that - is definitely a rip off!!!!
No clue about the nails !!
