I had my first visit last week for a haircut and blonde highlights, and I’m really happy with the result. Violetta was very nice and professional, and she took her time to make sure everything was done perfectly. She paid great attention to detail and made me feel comfortable throughout the whole appointment. It was my first time there and I honestly can’t complain. I will definitely come back again. Highly recommend!

i called today to ask if they could put my extension in as i already had my hair so just wanted to know the price to fit it in the lady that answer was so aggressive rude and angry it was simple question that she could answer and got angry at she needs to train in costumer service she could have took 5 minutes from her time to explain what type of extension they have and how much each cost i could have even brought new hair of them today but she was so rude didn’t even let finish she put the phone down on me how rude sal hair get rid of her you could have sold hair and made money today if that rude lady wants apologies she’s got my number i will waiting

I went long time ago to have my extension there and I switched from my old hair salon because I wanted something more affordable , I went on the salon we talk about the prices and everything I got my hair done with a micro keratin tiny ones which the fallout a lot of times , I went for my re installation and I got charged like £ 400 and she would take ages to reply very expensive and the tiny keratin bonds they definitely didn’t work out for me .
