I’ve been going to this nail salon for almost 2 years now and I must say, I’m extremely satisfied with the service every single time! I don’t know all the worker’s names but I’ve always had a great experience, and I can confidently say Angela always goes above and beyond—not just from my experience, I’ve seen this with other customers! The nails are always done so professionally and skilfully, and in good time. I usually get acrylic nails with shellac, and the price is truly incredible for a London nail salon. I always feel like such a queen when I leave! I won’t go anywhere else. Thank you Angela!! 😊

Do not bother with this place, they charge you for everything, extortionate prices for just Norwood ridiculous, if you want a basic set of nails ladies then this place is for you but design or anything fancy, just forget it and go elsewhere. (Not to mention the long wait time due to one nail tech 🙄

Absolutely awful, customer service is very poor, previous owners were the same and the quality of service doesn’t match the price you are paying for your nails at all.
I asked for a cat eye design and didn’t like it, nail technician refused to change it and stated that in fact she would charge me to make any changes that I mentioned, were all human and make mistakes but felt penalised for this one.
Never in all my years have I been treated so awful just simply asking for a change.
I was forced to keep the nails I disliked, I hated my nails and offered multiple solutions that they refused to hear.
Will NEVER in my life enter this shop again and all my family and friends won’t be either. ABSOLUTELY BLOODY AWFUL!

UPDATE : After visiting this space for over 2 years... they just up & left within the month it took me to go back for a refill with NO prior warning or anything. KEN.... what happened?
Anyways the new owners were not as nice or accommodating like the previous owners, so i have now found a new nail salon. Good luck H&T!

I came in for a full set of shellac the day before my trip, and within 24 hours 3 nails had already broken off due to being so weak and soft. I had to cut all my nails down by the second day as they were peeling and breaking. During removal of my previous set, the technician filed my nails down so much that they became painfully thin, and it was extremely uncomfortable under the UV dryer. This is actually the second time I’ve experienced this kind of pain at this salon. My natural nails are now weak and sore, which has never happened to me in over 10 years of doing my nails elsewhere.

The pedicures are also disappointing, there’s very little effort put into scrubbing, and staff seem irritated if you ask them to be more thorough. The overall service always feels rushed, as if they just want you out of the chair to make way for the next customer.

Sadly, I won’t be returning. The new management has been a big letdown compared to the previous owners, and the customer service is very poor. It’s a shame as this is my local salon, but I’ll have to find somewhere new. Use at your own risk.

The interior and exterior of the shop and the business name are unchanged but there’s new business owner there. All staff have been changed as well and the change happened less than a month ago. They raised the price and service is worse, skills are worse than before. I need a new nail shop.
