What a smashing little gem Posh Pro Hair and Beauty is. I popped in for a tidy-up and left feeling like I’d stepped out of a proper magazine spread. The team were warm, chatty and dead skilled, with a lovely eye for detail that made all the difference. I went in needing a fresh cut and a bit of a pick-me-up before a wedding, and they absolutely delivered — polished, elegant and spot on. The salon itself has a calm, welcoming feel, and the whole experience was a real treat from start to finish. I’ll be back without a second thought.

I had the worst experience of my life at this salon. I went in for a simple nail infill and left in pain, bleeding, and with the worst nails I’ve ever seen.
During the appointment, the technician filed the skin around my nails instead of the nails and I was bleeding from multiple fingers. My cuticles were completely damaged and very sore. The nails themselves were honestly the worst I’ve ever seen.There was even hair stuck in the polish. It was clear the technician had little to no experience.
What upset me most was the complete lack of care. They made cuts on my fingers and did not properly clean them. I had to repeatedly ask them to clean the blood from my hands and to clean the dust etc from the cuts.
When I raised my concerns, the owner said she would only redo the nails if I came back the exact same day. I had prior commitments and couldn’t return immediately. She made it clear that if I came back another day, she wouldn’t fix them. I would never have trusted them to redo the nails anyway.
I was also told that if I left a review, I would have to pay, as if they were doing me a favour by not charging me for the awful service.
I later returned just to have the nails removed because they were too embarrassing and painful. Shockingly, they had the same inexperienced technician remove them, along with another staff member who also seemed untrained. My natural nails are now severely damaged.
This was not just a bad manicure it was unsafe, unprofessional, and distressing.

Sama is great! Love how she does my eyebrows. Everything I get done there, hair cuts, hair smoothing treatments, waxing, threading, nails, all brilliant. I've been going for years now. It's a really friendly place.

I had my gel nails done today and it was my first time visiting, and I honestly had such a great experience. She was very approachable and made me feel comfortable from the moment I arrived. She took the time to explain everything clearly and suggested ideas that really suited what I wanted.
The work was done beautifully and with great attention to detail — I’m really happy with the result! Highly recommend and I’ll definitely be coming back.
