This was my first ever appointment at The Nail Group, and honestly I couldn’t have asked for a better experience, especially as these were my wedding nails. I was so nervous going in because I wanted everything to be perfect, but Susan was incredibly patient, reassuring, and kind throughout the whole appointment.

I’ve genuinely never had this level of attention to detail, care, and effort put into my nails before. Susan took so much time to make sure every little detail was perfect and constantly checked that I was happy and comfortable. I never once felt rushed, and she truly cared about making sure I left feeling happy and confident.

I’m honestly so grateful to Susan, my nails turned out absolutely beautiful and exactly what I envisioned for my wedding day. Thank you so much again 🤍✨

I’m not sure why they are so expensive , the quality doesn’t match the price , some Asian salons can do much better job for 40£ rather that their poorly done nails of 80£ .
Chairs are really uncomfortable to sit for a longer time and the luck of a rest arms is so annoying as you have to hold up your hand for the whole appointment.
Salon is clean ,staff are nice , but it’s not what you go there for ? The results are not worth the price at all , my poorly done acrylic ombré was uneven , shape was off and the length very on each nail .. won’t be back 🫠

Finally, a high standard, quality nail salon! I recently had a classic manicure and it was such a refreshing experience. I've had manicures at other places before but the attention to detail cleanliness and care here was amazing. The atmosphere is so relaxing, the staff are very friendly, professional and my nails look so clean and healthy afterwards. You can really tell they take pride in their work and salon, definitely one of the best manicure experiences I've had. Highly recommend!

Honestly, the best place ever! I came in worried about my nails due to me having broken nails. I didn’t book an appointment and I was lucky enough they got me in! They reassured me and honestly done a very good job! Throughout the process, she gave me tips as well as knowledge on what she was putting on my nails!! Honestly amazing place would definitely recommend anyone!!! 🥰🥰🩷

There aren’t enough words to describe the incredible job Susan and the team do at The Nail Group. I’ve been a loyal client for a few years now after having very sub par experiences with different salons and I have to say what TNG do is far beyond nails (and beauty) it really is a community. It’s like visiting friends who genuinely care about you and want you to look your best for your life events or who just want to give you a pick me up. I also love how educated the team are on nails and the science behind them! I knew absolutely nothing about nails but have now learned so much from my random chats and questions to Susan. I’m a Tottenham native and have recently moved to south London but I will always do that hour drive to TNG just to get that slice of north London grown hospitality and expertise. It’s rare if not impossible to find such high standards or genuine care anywhere else. What a team!

Whenever I have free time I love to travel from across Enfield to your beautiful "retreat". I come out after a pedicure feeling light, relaxed and refreshed. I've tried so many salons until I found The Nail Group. I always leave feeling lifted and part of a special community. The customer service is professional yet warm and I love that I can work on my emails whilst having my nails and toes done - they gave me a phone stand, laptop cushion and hot water bottle which is so thoughtful and I really appreciated it. I don't get my nails done that often so I feel a bit awkward in nail bars, but The Nail Group have such a welcoming space I didn't feel like that at all during my appointment. Everyone was really friendly and Anita did a fab job. I'll definitely come back!
