Absolutely horrendous service. The waiting time was FAR too long for a nail salon that in my opinion is NOT worth it. The prices are a rip off. Will never be returning. They also don't speak English. If you're going to work in an English speaking country learn English. i only came here to get my nails done because my mom said they're good. what a lie. I got an old man who clearly didn't know anything because he ruined my nails. To start with they have the nerve to charge £40 for a pedicure and manicure which i find ridiculous to be completely honest and a scam. Furthermore when i had my feet done i sat in a massage chair and it was turned on without even asking me first. The massage chair was awful and caused me more muscle pain than i had when i came in. When the old man did my pedicure he barely even cut my toenails and i had rough skin and calluses on my toes and he didnt even bother with it but instead grated my heels which DIDN'T need it. As a result my heels ended up being rough and dry by the end of it. his excuse was that he was tired. I don't care that's not an excuse for your pathetic labour. Also when it came to my manicure i told him SEVERAL times (3 to be in fact) i wanted my nails short and round. i even showed him where to cut my nails as that's my personal preference. he responded with "I know" (clearly you don't) in broken English and then he made the excuse that he can't cut them shorter (even though when i do it i have no trouble). he used the same excuse for not cutting my toenails. He then cut only one corner on each fingernail and then filed down the rest (which also DIDN'T need it) and as a result made them sharp and crooked. He also used a god awful lotion for my hands and feet that stunk and triggered my sensitive skin causing an allergic reaction. Furthermore he also somehow managed to cut my ankle in the process as i discovered a cut on my ankle after the fact which I KNOW for a fact was not there before. I had to go home and do my nails myself just to fix this guys mistake which basically made the entire rip off payment obsolete. You know what they say. Clearly if you want something done right do it yourself. Overall ABSOLUTELY terrible service.
But of course considering it's Tottenham i shouldn't have been surprised. Don't waste your money. Do your own nails. Guaranteed you can do them better yourself.

This place has the worst service. I used to come here for years and came again today even after they cut my heel during a pedicure using the blade which left me limping for a week. Today they sed proces of manicure went upto £15 but i wanted manicure and pedicure which was listed as £30 however they were asking me for £35. I explained to the boss who refused and said the prices were stated. I also told him the price has not been updated for mani and pedi together its individual service that has increase. They all were talking in their own language the whole time even wen i was gtn my manicure i cud hear the boss and male colleague talk bout me. Then wen i got the pedicure the guy and lady were joking about me looking at my foot then at each other. I felt uncomfortable as i was the only customer in the shop. Never going there again.

Horrible place, horrible staff, the guy followed me to the cash machine even after I left my phone. They had to redo my nails cause they messed up. It was painful as well. I would never go back. Beyond rude.

Avoid sue to do your nails she literally ruins nails. She’s not good at all, very sloppy and no attention to detail. HOWEVER! If your lucky there are two youngish male nail techs and they are amazing

The gentleman I had was lovely- I cannot fault him at all however he did over file my nails to the point of bleeding and my right thumb looks atrocious- it was filed way to much on one side leaving it looking out of shape (I only noticed this after leaving) and the paint work is a little sloppy. I do think better could have been done. They were crazily busy which shows they’re quite good- but more attention needs to be paid to the client. 2 days later my nails feel butchered.

Would not recommend that place, customer service is bad and been ignored of what I’ve requested and to top it off got charged an additional 3 pounds for a mistake which they made.
