UNFORTUNATELY THIS IS A TERRIBLE NAIL SALON WITH TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AFTER ONLY A FEW DAYS NAILS BEGAN CHIPPING AND NAILS FALLING OFF! Communication through instagram is not ideal when running a full physical business and need to deal with mistakes. When contacted from the beginning it was hours before replies ok cool nails was an infill. If you don’t believe your technicians work can do another’s infill then they should refuse service. NEVER not once has infill nails looked like these nails after a few days whether it’s by the same tech or not. Isn’t my first time getting nails done else where but it definitely won’t be back here! They closed up the salon early for Easter break but was aware that a client was needing to come in from the dangerous nail damage. Didn’t tell the client of timing change just late replies times and excuses. So went to another salon instead to take the whole set off! As someone in the industry it never ceases to amaze me the facade these social media hyped places really have when in reality it’s below standards. But had all the time in the world to hound for a review of the nails after they was finished by Camille your tech but ghost when there’s actual issues!

Picture shows the set done and then all the other pics is what it looked like after a few days chipped split peeling nail beds. Needed them taken off!!

They make you pay in advance for a time slot they can’t even keep up to. My appointment was moved around 3 times, and even when I arrived I still had to wait over 30 minutes.
After waiting in a stone cold salon, with music blasting and a funny smell, the “nail tech” Acacia who’s a co-founder , clearly not qualified and is practising.. took over THREE hours to do short French tips. You’d expect them to be perfect taking so long - they’re the worst set I’ve had. All different lengths, all different shapes, the French tips are all different. Just terrible.

The salon smells and the staff know it, hence why a perfume is sprayed on the table before service. This is unnecessary, especially when you can’t even do nails. Not a hint of acrylic smell. It smells of sweat.

I paid £55 for the nail and feet deal. No mention when I messaged that the nail tech is practising. After 3 hours on a crap set of acrylics I couldn’t waste another few hours on toes.
Terrible salon. There’s a reason for the deals. They even have a £5 full set deal. No half decent nail tech would do a full set for a fiver.

I asked for the nails to be taken off and refunded and the girl refused. My whole weekend plans were ruined cause of this smelly cold salon.

The services are a 10/10 and the nail techs are extremely nice and all do their job well, I feel like depending on the nail tech ur nails will last long and the designs are done very well.

My first experience at LUXXE nails was really nice. Acacia, was so friendly, professional and attentive. She made me feel comfortable and at ease throughout the session. She paid close attention to what I wanted and made sure the final result was exactly what I had in mind. I love how my nails turned out and I'll definitely be coming back again. I highly recommend this salon to anyone looking for an enjoyable nail care experience x

Went to Luxxe Nails and had a nail tech named Cami. She was amazing from the base to the design she ate. My set was quite detailed and she did it really well. I’m more than pleased. Shes so sweet and lovely and so are the other nail techs. Would definetly recommend! Will be going there again.

Team effort from Acacia and Cami. I came with nails I hated and needed them soaked off and done from scratch. Whatever was on my nails from a previous shop made it extremely hard to remove, but the girls stayed open really late to make sure I left with new nails I was happy with. Definitely won't be going anywhere else from now on, I've finally found somewhere that pays so much attention to detail and gives the customer exactly what is asked for. I really enjoyed my appointment, girly chat and how welcome I felt. Will be back soon x

I came in last minute for my nails for a special occasion and I was kindly let in even though it was not long before closing so generous of them my nail technician was cami and throughout the appointment she maintained such good conversation it made me feel so much more comfortable with her. She achieved the exact shape of almond that I wanted after countless times of me going to nail shops and them doing it wrong. Cami was extremely kind and lovely to have as my nail technician her work and her attention to detail is impeccable and her making sure that I loved everything about my nails was so lovely.

Before they changed their booking policy / booking system I WhatsApp their business number to book an appointment, I asked if they had an availability on my selected day and time. They said they would get back to me, 2 days later I messaged again to ask about an appointment as they didn’t get back to me to confirm.

After sending my second message they confirmed they had availability and we agreed on the date and time (17/10 @8pm) I paid my deposit with 5 mins after confirming, I sent screenshot of proof to show that I paid. They reassured me that it’s booked in and not worry as last time I got double booked.

The date of my appointment arrived and I noticed the lights were off and the shop shutters were down / shop was closed. I called the shop number 3 times no response / no call back either.

I also messaged the business number that I attended my appointment but no one was there and expressed that the level of customer service received was not satisfactory leading to disappointment. As no service was provided I asked for a refund of the deposit however I got no response and still to this date they have not tried to resolve the issue at all.

I will not be returning to this establishment again as I’ve been let down twice which has ruined my experience
