I’ve been getting my nails done for about 5 years all over Sydenham but this place is now my home. I’m there every month getting my nails done. I only get them done by the Amazing Kelly because I am quite picky and she doesn’t ever disappoint. The place is really friendly I always book my appointments so I’m not sure what it’s like for a walk in but I just know every time I’ve got my nails done here I’ve never been disappointed

After having tried all the nail shops on the high street in asking for rough estimated time they can do my walk in nails, I got the same answer, as this was the last store I visited I decided to stay. They told me "1 hour", which of course you expect to be roughly, so maybe 10-15 mins more than that, any more than that, then just say that upfront so a person can make a decision to stay or leave! What started off as 1 hour was more like 1 hour 45, going nearly 2 hours. I was pissed to say the least as you get to a stage where you want to leave and go elsewhere, but then you can't go to another nail place otherwise you'll be starting your waiting from scratch wasting more time. I had good faith they were being honest when they said the rough time, and if it wasn't that, then be straight up so people can make a decision that won't have a knock on effect on the rest of their plans!

Even when I asked how long, they still weren't being honest because that new wait time would expire.

I understand it's Christmas time, but it's also my birthday in this period and Christmas rush.

I just wanted to get out of there by the time I got in the chair, so ended up going for a manicure with clear nail varnish instead of the BIAB I originally wanted, and have plans to just paint my nails at home. Not the best first time experience, and it admittedly isn't my usual nail place.

I did like the hand massage with the manicure.

That said, they seem like nice people, but for me, experience is the whole thing, not just the actual nail service itself.

Such a beautiful experience! The ladies here were patient, kind, and so attentive. I was offered tea, given a relaxing hot stone massage, and treated with such care. They completely changed my experience after a previous salon left me disheartened. Thank you for reminding me what true service and kindness feel like a definitely a 5-star experience. Looking forward to return.

Had the best experience! Came in for an acrylic infill and pedicure — they did an amazing job, super neat and exactly how I wanted. They even made me a lovely coffee while I was there and took great care of my mum’s nails too. Such a relaxing visit, we’ll definitely be coming back! 💅☕💖

Amazing experience!!! Their Thai foot massage at the end was the best. Definitely recommend to tell a friend to tell a friend. Also they offer beverages which is a great addition to the service.
