Rudest nail shop I have ever been too!
I’ve been loyal to them for 1 year maybe longer
I spend almost £100 once a month in there I like to stick to the same guy but he gives me zero acknowledgment or welcome
The staff have there favourites and everyone else is treated like trash
There work is good depending on the mood or who you get but the service is terrible I will never go back and do not recommend if your looking for a nice place experience

I recently visited Diamond Top Nails for a new set of nails, and I was absolutely amazed by the exceptional service, attention to detail, and friendly atmosphere! From the moment I walked in, I was welcomed with warm smiles and made to feel right at home. The salon is immaculate, beautifully designed, and has a soothing vibe that puts you at ease straight away.

The nail tech was truly professional and incredibly talented. They walked me through different options and helped me pick the perfect style and shape to suit me. The application was flawless, my nails are perfect.

I was really happy with the nails until I pay and the someone tries to charge me 5 pounds more than the correct price! It was not nice what he did and I am unsure if I would do my nails there again.

Always top notch treatment when I go! Been a regular for many many years and NEVER been left disappointed! I’m quite boring been it comes to my nails but Nina always pushes me out of my comfort zone and I’m alwayssssss happy in the end!!! Nail art on point as well as simplistic nails are no problem! Defo worth a visit

Having long nails it was hard to find a nail shop that wld accommodate me without sly comments and over charging 🙄 so If you’re looking for thee best nail shop in south??!! Nobody beats DIAMOND TOP NAILS!! Been a regular for the last 5 years!! Nina hands down unmatched in skill and technique! No design is too hard for my Nina! 😊😊Good vibes and great nails..!! Can’t recommend enough!!!! 💅

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. I’ve been getting my nails done consistently for years, and I’ve never had an experience as terrible as this. I told the nail tech multiple times that he was hurting me, and instead of correcting his technique, he completely ignored me. He cut several of my fingers to the point of making me bleed — not just tiny nicks, but painful cuts that should never happen during a professional nail appointment.
I was so uncomfortable and disappointed that I stopped the appointment early, yet I was still charged the full price for nails that looked shocking. The colour wasn’t even what I asked for, and when I pointed it out, the “solution” offered was to cover it with a dark brown — which obviously was nothing like the inspo colour I had shown.
This place is not only unprofessional but unsafe. The lack of care, disregard for pain, and refusal to take responsibility is unacceptable. For your own health, safety, and money, I strongly suggest you do not go here. There are far better salons that actually care about their clients. Also they were so chunky they feel awful and will be removed as soon as another salon is open.

I must have been pointed in the direction of Diamond Tip nails like 10yrs ago.
The owner is so lovely and helps me all the time creating new designs.
I have never been to any other nail tech.

And the remodel of the shop is so inviting and a relaxing environment.

My monthly pamper time in the perfect place.
