£38 for a pedicure.
I asked for my feet to be exfoloated first (dry), before soaking, as this is very effective (this is how pedicures should be done).
The guy who was selected to do my pedicure, consulted with his other collegues in their language (as they do) and they decided it was "too much hard work"😳
I thought they were joking but they were not. How much of a "hard work" can it be for a big burley man exfoliating a size 5 feet🤔
This place, like to cut corners, like all the others - Everything is rushed to maximise profit and no attention goes into customer care.
Needless to say, I will not be going there again and will NOT reccommend Zen on Wandsworth Road.
If I could give zero stars, it would be deserving.

Meanwhile, I went somewhere else and got my Shellac Pedicure done for £30 which includes proper cuticle work, dry exfoliation, soak, foot/leg massage✔️
I CAN CHOOSE WHERE I SPEND MY MONEY

Worst experience I’ve probably ever had getting my nails done. The guy doing my nails was so rude and rushed the service completely, filed them down so short when I asked to keep them long. He also filed them completely unevenly as he was very obviously rushing (even tho the shop was empty). When I asked him to fix it he looked annoyed and wouldn’t do it. Genuinely have never received such poor service, do not spend your money here.

I visited Zen Salon for an infill appointment. Before booking, I specifically requested a female nail technician. However, a male technician took over and assured me he could do my nails properly. I asked if he was sure, and he said yes, so I agreed.

Unfortunately, I was very disappointed with the service. During the infill, the acrylic was not applied close to the cuticle area and started further down the nail, so I had to ask for more product to be added. In my opinion, the shaping was bulky and uneven, and the nails felt very thick. I asked several times for adjustments.

When applying the colour, some areas were missed and needed correcting. I also felt that the attitude towards me became rude when I expressed that I was unhappy. I was told, “If you don’t like it, go,” and later, “Nobody will do your nails here, leave.”

From my experience, this felt unprofessional and disappointing. As a nail artist myself from Greece, I have certain expectations regarding technique and customer service, and this did not meet them.

Unfortunately, I would not return.

Very disappointing experience.
I went in for a pedicure and asked politely for a small fix to the finish, something I’ve seen done many times before for other customers. Instead of helping, I was told I’d have to pay again, which felt unreasonable given how minor the adjustment was.
What really upset me was the attitude. The staff member was rude and dismissive, and the conversation happened in front of other customers, which was embarrassing and unprofessional. There was no attempt to listen or resolve the issue properly.
Good service is about more than just the treatment — it’s about how customers are treated. Sadly, that was lacking here. I won’t be returning and wouldn’t recommend this place based on this experience.
