Google First time here for a pedicure, but the service was rushed and not thorough. There’s still dead skin left. Very disappointed, won’t be back.

Google It was my first time getting acrylic nails so I wasn’t sure what I wanted and only had a reference picture. The nail technician was so talented and brought it to life perfectly. My nails turned out gorgeous and really cute
The quality is amazing, there were so many design choices and the price range was really good too. It was definitely worth it!
Owner Response:
Thanks you so much!!!!!!

Google This feels really awful. It’s the first time I’ve had two nails fall off after just over a week of getting them done here. The man who did my nails was very careless and rushed.
Owner Response:

We always offer promotions and a warranty policy within 2 weeks of using our services. Therefore, we hope you will contact us again so we can review and resolve the issue in the best way possible.

Google Not open on Sundays, but Google shows it as open. I traveled a long distance to get here and came back twice, but it was still closed! If you’re not open on Sundays, you should update your Google listing.
Owner Response:
Thank you for your review. However, we would like to clarify that our closing hours have already been updated, although sometimes there may be delays on certain websites that are beyond our control.
We also blocked all appointment bookings during major holidays such as Easter to avoid affecting our customers. If you attempted to call to make an appointment but did not receive a response, it would be best to cancel your visit, as most services are closed during major holidays. We also close in order to observe and celebrate these occasions.
We hope for your understanding and kindly ask you to consider removing your negative review. We sincerely hope to have the opportunity to provide you with better service in the near future.
