I’ve been coming to Hers Nails since they first opened, and even though I occasionally go elsewhere because of my ever-changing schedule, this is by far the best nail shop around. No other salon has been able to meet my standards — and trust me, I’ve tried almost every nail shop in Ruislip, as well as quite a few in Eastcote and Uxbridge!

I’ve also encouraged my sisters and my mum to come here, and they’re always so happy with their nails too. The manager usually does my nails and he is incredibly talented, but all of the staff are lovely, welcoming, and professional.

I’ll definitely be coming to Hers Nails until I’m old and grey ☺️

Customer service is non existent here. Staff are rude and act like they're doing you a favour! Also, nail files are very old and I saw that equipment was not cleaned between clients, which could lead to fungal infections. The male manager was unfriendly and unwelcoming. Also, do not go in here if you are of Asian descent as they treat Indian clients very differently to white clients. I will not be returning. There are many better options on Ruislip High Street. A really dreadful experience!

Ive been here 3 times. First experience was ok. Second i left after 40 mins of waiting despite having an appointment. After half a year, i decided to give it another try and was disappointed.

I asked for long SHARP stilettos. I asked the guy to please make it sharper twice and he proceeded to "sharpen" it but its not sharp stilettos at all. He also told me long nails arent nice and he doesnt normally do very long nails. I then asked for 3D nail art however its not 3D at all yet i still got charged for 3D anyway. He messed up a couple times when applying the "3D" design and didnt bother to clean and repeat it. He just left it at that state and moved on the other nail. The thumb design is also incredibly thick and doesnt match the other design at all (the thumb was his freestyle art and others are design i showed)

In total, I was charged £65 which is the most expensive nails ive ever paid. I'm disappointed about the shape and the nail art quality. I wont be coming back.

Very poor customer service and time management, I have been to this nail bar a few times. I book an appointment via telephone and everytime I go there I have to wait at least 30-40 minutes before they serve me...and their customer service is very poor and the staff are not friendly and responsive! Don't recommend at all!

I had a very unsettling experience with the owner of this salon. He came across as unwelcoming, dismissive of customer loyalty, and not at all customer-focused. His passive-aggressive manner of speaking made me feel extremely uncomfortable.

On this visit, I accidentally forgot to pay immediately when leaving—simply out of a change in routine. I have been to the salon before and apologised right away once I realised. Despite this, the owner made me feel awful about the mistake and suggested I should no longer come back. Needless to say, I won’t be returning, as this is not the kind of customer service I want to experience.

I tried Her Nail Studio for the first time since my regular nail girl is away at the moment. I went for BIAB infill today on hands and feet too. Tracey did a BRILLIANT job! End result is beautiful and she was very gentle as well when removing the polish and shaping my nails. I highly recommend the salon, they are great and professional nail technicians!

Friend and I got an appointment for the same day and got manicures and pedicures with shellac polish. Friend opted for a shimmery coral color while I opted for French.

The team was lovely and we could enjoy our treatments at the same time. My friend lives abroad hence we are not treating ourselves together often but being treated simultaneously at HER made this experience extra fun.

We love the results and colours we chose. We felt very welcome and the team was so patient while I kept changing my mind about the shellac I want. They have a clear process list and there were no surprises at the end.

I had gel nails done here but they started peeling on two fingers just a week later. When I went back to have them removed and explained it had only been a week, I was still charged £8. I had expected not to be charged again after paying for nails that barely lasted. Disappointing experience overall, and I wouldn’t recommend.
