My mum and I have been going here religiously for almost 3 years now. We always get acrylics. They are the best! Great customer service, good attention to detail and always happy to try new ideas/designs. It gets quite busy sometimes so make sure to book an appointment. Definitely recommend.

If you are unsure to book or not… well.. book it now! I am very picky with my nails ( I was used to do them myself ) but I have no time nowadays .. so I decided to trust Crystal Nails.
Best acrylic nails so far un terms of volume balance and shape… and I tried quite a few places also in central London. I had to stop nail extension for a bit but now that I am back to it, I can’t be more happy of the results .

I visited Crystal Nails Salon while my regular nail technician was on holiday, but I was very disappointed with the experience. The salon is run-down and lacks proper hygiene, with dirty equipment and low-quality products that don’t justify their prices. The gel manicure I received was poorly done, with old and dried-out nail gels. The service was rushed, and there was no communication about my preferences for nail shape and length. Despite asking for shorter nails multiple times, my requests were ignored. Once I left, I noticed the uneven application, with one hand having a thinner, sheer color compared to the other. Overall, I would not recommend this salon and won’t be returning.

I have been going there for over two years or so, and even though I don't get my nails done regularly, they always do a great job! I always go for acrylics, as I don't really grow my own nails. They have a wide selection of gel nail varnish too.
