Yesterday was my first time visiting this place. I had a really bad experience. The man who was doing my nails was really rough handed and he kept using his long thumb nails to clean around my nails instead of using any cleaning brushes. I was only getting gel done. At one point I had to tell him to stop as it was getting painful. The finishing wasn’t clean at all and I asked him kindly to clean the area around my nails. I could hear him talk to his colleagues about me. Then he tried to use toilet paper tissue leaving the nails messy. Then the lady got involved saying it got messy because my nails are too short, which was so unprofessional. She managed to clean my nails. I was so disappointed with the overall service. I got home and realised in the light that the white gels are not even- picture attached. The work was done so poorly and I would not recommend this place at all.

This place was lovely on my first visit but the last time I went the guy was really heavy handed with the e-file and took a chunk out of my cuticle and I had to ask for antiseptic for it. I'm sorry I won't be going back.
It was cheap and cheerful til it wasnt.

My cuticles are throbbing and I had to take pain killers from the pain last night, I’m not sure whether the way they have cleaned my cuticles or if they have not sterilised their equipment but both my thumbs have been so sore and red. I’ve never experienced something like this and have been getting my nails done fortnightly for the last 10 years plus. I won’t be coming back.

Always leave happy, very easy to speak with and my nails are beautiful. Little hand massage at the end too always feel nice. I also had a cracked nail but they still saved the length for me

I had been coming here for a while, but this is going to be my LAST.
I booked in for a pedicure, i turned up and it was with a new person i hadnt seen there before, he was rushing and doing it very quickly, there was parts were it was sore while doing my feet.
He used the tools to get off my dry skin and it was very sore, i noticed bleeding and he had taken 2 chunks of skin from my foot and also cut the other foot too. It wouldnt stop bleeding and its very sore, it finally stopped bleeding and i can literally just about walk on my feet. All i got was a sorry. I just paid and left i was so upset and sore.
I will not return, such a shame because the man lee is very nice there, (the lady is VERY rude!!)
