Started ok, but wasnt happy as one my nails was not straight. Going off nail bed rather then by eye. Went in and they fixed but the lady who did the nails argued a little and said its straight. One of the guys came in and fixed it.

I did my nails first time from Kim’s nails today, and I have shown my own design which they have done amazing🤍also through out the session it was so relaxing and very funny. Surprisingly at the end O realised Kim was done my nails. From the beginning to end she was so sweet and nice to me, I loved the result and so excited to visit them again🤍

First visit at Kim’s today, Got a gel French tip mani and pedi. Love it.
Staff are so friendly and welcoming.
I’ll be coming back as a regular customer now 🫶🏼

Today was the second time going to Kim's nails and I can honestly say this is the best nail bar I have ever been too. I have gotten my nails done by the same gentleman and can honestly say ladies if you are a bit like me and love nail art he is your guy.

Was once a good nail salon but customer service has rapidly gone downhill. My nails are never done properly despite paying full price. The last nail technician was rough with my nails and cuticles and cut me several times and when I raised this, I was made to feel like it was my fault. The technician was restless and agitated, and it appeared he just wanted me to leave. I wanted white tips as usual but ended up leaving with just the base coat as I was so uncomfortable.

A couple of months ago I had booked a manicure and pedicure as I was going on holiday the next day. When I arrived, I was told I had apparently only booked a manicure and there was no time for a pedicure! Even though I booked a month in advance. So I had to go on holiday without my toes being done!

Such a shame as this has happened a lot recently and I have been attending the same place for the last 5 years.

There were also a couple of flies flying around the place! I have found a new nail salon locally and will never be coming back to Kim’s!
