Euphoria is a nice looking salon but my experience was underwhelming and service was not undertaken by qualified nail technicians. Zero artistry nor pride in work.
If you require a service with any attention to detail, go elsewhere. I would categorise them as ‘good from far, far from good’. Having had my nails professionally done for over 20 years, I’m more than familiar with the steps which must be taken to provide a good quality finish - none of these were undertaken at Euphoria. I wanted to support a local business but it was below par. The service was rushed. My appointment (communicated 24 hours in advance when appointment was made in person) was existing product take off, new BIAB application with French manicure. My appointment lasted 82 minutes in duration which is ridiculous and it should be 120 mins for a decent outcome. My appointment commenced 15 minutes late as they were still seeing other clients (I was on time) so just 67 minutes was spent actually working on my nails. It was rushed and botched.
Pros:
- Nice aesthetic of salon
- Easy to make an appointment as they will double book themselves and rush treatments
- You can pay by card
- Offered hot drink on arrival

Cons:
- Cuticle work is an extra service. I had no problem paying for this but they had over booked so there was no time with next customer and screaming child waiting within 30 mins of my arrival and the other customer was only halfway through their treatments. It is impossible to get good application of any product if your cuticle work isn’t done, the finish will always be messy. The person who did my nails randomly plucked at bits of my cuticle and didn’t even push them back.
- Despite paying for take off of original product on nails, 60% was left on my nails and completely visible through the BIAB gel. Therefore I couldn’t have a French and had to have a colour to cover it
- Dust from filing nails was sealed into the first layer of application. When I challenged this I was told my nail was bruised - this was a blatant lie because the product had been cured under the UV lamp and there was no desire to remove.
- Very poor application of gel colour. No attention to detail around edges of nail and uneven application (due to zero cuticle work). The work has no pride and it showed.
- ‘Shaped’ my nails using a very old, heavily used nail file. Didn’t even bother to check all nails were the same length and shape.

Upon completion, I was not asked if I was happy with the service as I’m sure they knew what the response would be and there was no intention to rectify any issues throughout. No aftercare information provided to ensure longevity. I paid in full and left a very unhappy and disappointed customer.
Shoddy workmanship. Avoid if you want to have nice nails which have been properly executed by professionals.

From day one in 2023, I walk in and feel at peace in every way. From the music, to how you are welcomed, you are offered a drink, you are attended to on time, the neatness always of the place to the service you actually came for-Perfect!!!

Would have asked the world to come see for themselves but I would have a slot for me then🤭

Brilliant! Careful, attention to detail, cannot rate high enough. Oh, and very friendly on top of it all! Fixed the issues I'd encountered through another 'nail tech' without judgement or issue. My now go to nail techs without a doubt 🫶 HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

I recently visited this nail salon and had an excellent experience. The space was spotless, the nail technician was well-organized, and the tools and products used were of the highest quality. The overall service felt meticulous and professional. Pricing was competitive, especially given the standard of care. I would confidently recommend this salon.

First time at this nail studio but definitely not the last! Very clean and inviting interior, you get offered a drink, and a superb pedicure with a massage and peeling. Definitely would recommend and will be coming back.

First time to Euphoria Nails phoned this morning and Tammy was able to fit me in for an appt today for a manicure.
Lovely salon lovely staff and excellent service highly recommend this salon to which I will be returning to.
