Google I have been a couple times now and I've always had a positive experience. They do really nice work at an affordable price. They're also really accommodating to specific requests. I get acrylic over my natural nails because I bite my nails, but I play guitar and piano and they can't be long. They do a really good job getting them as short as I need them to be and giving them a really beautiful shape. Super lovely staff and great colour selection!

Google They are very welcoming and all smiles towards white customers but they show very rude face and hostility towards black POC customers even though everyone is there for a business customer service and everyone is paying same price. The hostility towards minority groups even though they are minority themselves needs to be investigated.
Owner Response:
Thank you for sharing your feedback. We take all concerns about customer experience very seriously, and we’re genuinely sorry to hear that you felt this way.
We want to clarify that we treat every client with the same respect and care, regardless of background. The situation you’re referring to was related solely to our payment policy, which applies equally to all customers and does not allow delayed payments. This policy is in place to keep things fair and consistent for everyone.
At no point was race or identity a factor in our interaction, and we’re disappointed that our adherence to policy was interpreted otherwise. We are always open to discussing concerns directly and would welcome the opportunity to speak with you to clear up any misunderstandings.
Thank you again for your feedback.
