I showed up and was informed me
appointment was cancelled. The receptionist me it was an issue with ClassPass but I have been booking workouts and wellness appointments with CP for 15 years and never had an appt cancelled with no notification or phone call. Terrible service. Place also smelt damp.

I have been to The well twice now and both times I’ve had outstanding service. All 3 of the beauticians I have seen have been very welcoming and highly skilled. I also appreciate that they take the time to make sure you’re happy with the service. I got my eyebrows laminated today and they look gorgeous, Thank you 😊

Have just had my monthly Ling facial at the Well. It is always excellent but on this occasion Sonia gave me a particularly enjoyable neck, back and face massage. She has such a great touch. Always happy to recommend The Well.

Booked three continuous treatments through treatwell - was not contacted to know the appointment would be 15minutes later than originally scheduled. Staff blamed it on the app.
Booked a full facial but switched to the express version after speaking to the therapist because LED light incompatible with different treatment I am currently doing. At the cashier was charged for the full facial - after pointing it out staff was apologetic but unhelpful and then made a vague offer of 30 extra minutes of something else. That should have come up before I got redressed and got ready to leave.
Very Poor communication.
Just dishonest and disrespectful to treat customers time not as valuable as the business’ and made a potentially relaxing appointment stressful. I will not go back after this negative experience and will no longer recommend treatments here to friends. Not the flawless experience you expect.
**To be fair the therapists are very good and professional (I’d normally rate this 4/5) but I do suggest you book somewhere you will be treated more fairly
