I went to get my eyebrows waxed and I really love it. The lady Bhumi did my eyebrows and did an amazing job. Would deffo recommend. 👍🏾

I had an appointment booked for 5:45 and this was genuinely the worst nail experience I’ve ever had. The technician was clearly rushing the entire appointment and the end result is honestly abhorrent.

The chrome wasn’t even applied properly — on my pinky you can literally see the black base showing through. Instead of applying it properly with a tool, she was using her fingers, which already felt unprofessional. The line work is sloppy and uneven, and the overall finish is messy.

When I asked her to fix the chrome, she actually swatted my hand away and told me to just put it under the UV lamp. Only after I pointed out again that the chrome had come off did she say she could redo it. At that point I was so exhausted after work that I just left it. Even redoing that one part wouldn’t fix how poorly the rest of the nails look.

What makes it even more disappointing is that this salon is local to me. I had hoped it would be somewhere convenient that I could go to regularly, but after this experience I’d much rather travel further and pay for good quality work done properly.

I paid £45 for this — £45 for rushed, messy work that I’m now going to have to get redone somewhere else at my usual salon. The almond shaped nails I attached below is how my manicure looks at my usual salon in Croxley. Just look at the difference.

Extremely disappointing experience. I will never be returning.

I had a wax and threading for my eyebrows and upper lip with Bhumi and she was great, very attentive and friendly!
Will definitely be coming back to see her soon.

I always go here, i can't praise enough. There were some problems i noticed when i looked at my nails the next day. I rang up to explain, they were very helpful and redid them. It was lovely and a high standard. I expect they will explain to the nice young lady who did them the mistakes she had made. You have to start somewhere. So thanks very much. See you again x
