Everytime I walk into this shop they tell me 1 price when I book, the same price when I sit down but then when I leave I end up paying more because they’ve found a new way to ask me for more money. Please can you make a change and be upfront about the total of the nails rather than glueing the nail, cutting it to the length I’ve asked and then telling me it’s extra as it’s longer than you thought. YOU CUT IT and told me an original price otherwise I would have gone else where. I come to this shop maybe twice a year for the last 6 years hoping they’ll change but they never do. It’s so annoying, it’s just principle

It was my first time getting my nails done here and I had a really good experience. The staff were friendly and made me feel comfortable, and they took their time to make sure my nails looked great. The salon was clean and welcoming. I’m very happy with the results and will definitely come back again.

Absolutely horrendous experience.
Hands down the worst set of nails I’ve ever had. The work was unprofessional, rushed, and downright sloppy. It took two other staff members to try and salvage the mess this woman made—and even then, the result was awful. The nails were thick, bumpy, and uneven. Nail polish was left all over my skin. It looked like a child had done them.

She completely ruined my Christmas nails.

To make matters worse, a friend just told me they ended up with a green nail after visiting this place. If I’d known that beforehand, I wouldn’t have wasted my time or money.

And the audacity—she handed me some oil and a loyalty card like I’d ever come back. I made it very clear I wouldn’t.

Save yourself the stress. This place is a circus. Avoid at all costs.
