It’s been my monthly ritual to get my nails done at Mini Nail, and I couldn’t be happier every time. The salon is always clean, and the service is fast while still meeting my expectations. Even when I bring random designs from Instagram or Pinterest, the nail technician does an amazing job recreating them and always picks the perfect color match.

Plus, I’ve noticed that my nails have become stronger and thicker since coming here. Highly recommend

I always have such a wonderful experience at Mini nails! Jungmin is incredibly kind, attentive, and professional. She really takes her time to make sure every detail is perfect, and it shows in the quality of her work. My nails come out absolutely beautiful — clean, precise, and exactly what I asked for (even better, honestly!). The salon itself is spotless and relaxing, with a calm, welcoming atmosphere. I found this nail salon an absolute scam. I booked a "spa" pedicure treatment (with no colours) that is priced at £40 for a 50-min treatment and hoping for a pampering time. I was wrong as it was a rushed and token job done in barely 30 mins.

As soon as I entered the salon neither beauticians greeted me (Jungmin even ignored my existence), and I had to sit in a narrow and weird armchair 1 meter above the floor uncomfortably. The beautician HuiJin did the most basic job of cutting the cuticles and filing my cracked heels, she did not even file any shape for my toe nails and some of the toe nails were not even cut a straight line. As I am looking at my feet now, I feel ripped off and saddened to have gone to this place. I could have done a way better job myself at home.

Edit after the salon reply: As I was paying I already told the beautician I felt shortchanged and this service was overpriced (same to your other 1-star Treatwell review), but she did not try to correct the price nor the service provided. I would be happy to supply photos to show what a botched job this was and prove that it's laziness and not "there's nothing to work on".

Really nice experience at Mini Nail.
Jungmin is really professional and caring with the job. The results were amazing!!

Private nail salon with high standards of hygiene and cleanliness. Super professional with great attention to detail. Great for introverts and shy clients. WiFi was a bonus! Highly recommended.
