I have been coming to Coombe Beauty for about 6 months and will keep coming back. I get an eye brow thread and tint, and receive nothing but compliments weeks after my appointment. Thank you ladies!

I visit this place only because I've known Aiman for 4 years. She was previously based at the Morden branch, and I followed her to Coombe, though it is a lot further away. Now I find out she no longer works at Coombe on Saturdays (which is really frustrating!) and has been moved to Worcester Park. The owner seems clueless about managing his staff and is constantly rotating them around different branches. Aiman is brilliant at her job and if she leaves, I would not be visiting. See how the owner deals with losing long-time customers! I've seen the owner previously and the guy lacks basic manners and doesn't seem to know how to behave around customers and walks in when the clients are having private treatments. He has increased the prices at Coombe though the state of the place is in a poor condition including the toilet. It's the staff that are lovely and make clients revisit; definitely not the state of the place or the greedy owner!

i had a very bad experience in this shop. my eyebrows were very rushed the lady took the tint of after about 2 minutes expecting me to say they are good, when they were finished they looked absolutely ridiculous,i walked out with my eyebrows looking worse then what they did when i walked in and it cost me £20!

I had a very poor experience with this salon.
When I first walked in the lady was cleaning and tidying the shop ( I was the only person in the salon) and didnt wash her hands before she did my eyebrows.

The price was £5 to get my eyebrows threaded, I paid with card and realised, she charged me £50!!! she did not say anything until I realised and then proceeded with the refund.

I will be going back to my usual salon and I will not be returning to Coombe Beauty!!

Very unprofessional and untidy saloon. Short staffed the beautician kept going out the room to answer calls and see to people who came into the shop, when I was having a service done. Won't be going back.

I was a bit disappointed with the service here. I did a prior appointment but still others were served who just walked in. I did my eyebrows and face wax. She maintained the hygiene but she didn’t do a good job in face waxing. She charged me extra for the neck but a lot of hair she didn’t even tried to pull that off, saying these are ingrown hair. I had to come back home and do it myself . She just wrap up my service as quickly as possible just to serve other customers who just walked in. Probably not going again here.

Was lucky to walk in this morning with no appointment and got eyelashes and eyebrow tint and some hot waxing done by Mihi. Mihi did a fantastic job I’m very happy great friendly professional service I highly recommend. Best to book appointment beforehand they can get busy .

I have just had a terrible experience at this place. Over the years, I have found that the service is hit and miss, but did continue to go due to convenience of the location. Luckily, one of the beauticians was attentive and would listen to my requests. Unfortunately, many of the others will continue their personal telephone calls and barely acknowledge you when you walk in.
However, I just had a disappointing experience there, after which I will Not be returning. The "beautician" was focussing more on talking about her new years and her son, than listening to my request. She totally messed up my treatment, clearly noticed that my face was mortified and never apologised. An absolute waste of money. I'm going to have to wait until this naturally rectifies. The reason I didn't say anything is because I was so shocked and because the damage had already been done. Please kindly train your staff.
