Very dissapointed…Will never visit them.

I went to Haven Nails today to get a simple refill, but it turned into a really frustrating experience.

Instead of just refilling my nails, they removed everything and did a completely new set without properly checking with me first. When I pointed it out, they realised the mistake and offered a discount, but honestly, I wasn’t happy at all by then.

It also took more than two hours, which felt way too long for what I originally asked for. What made it worse was that the same thing was happening to another lady next to me. she was also asking why her nails were redone instead of refilling every time she visited them.

My first visit here was actually good, so this was quite disappointing.

If you’re planning to go, I’d strongly suggest being very clear about what you want and confirming the price beforehand.

Personally, I wouldn’t recommend it after this experience, but that’s just my take.

Heaven Nails is hands down the best nail shop I’ve ever been to. I had acrylics done and the quality, care, and attention to detail were amazing. You honestly will not find another nail salon this good for this price, and the standard of service is unbelievable. What really makes them stand out is how well they look after you. They always make me feel welcome, comfortable, and valued every time I go in. They even play with my 4-year-old while I get my nails done, which means so much and makes the whole experience so much easier and more relaxing for me. Lisa and Tina always look after me so well, and I genuinely wouldn’t go anywhere else now. I highly recommend Heaven Nails to anyone looking for beautiful nails, great prices, and truly lovely people.
