I rarely leave reviews, but this needs saying — DO NOT ENTER OR WASTE YOUR MONEY.

I went to have my BIAB acrylics removed and the whole experience was unacceptable. I was seated on a broken, unstable chair that felt unsafe, unstable and uncomfortable throughout.

The technician then aggressively used an electric file, over-filing to the point of filing into my natural nails. It was painful, and when I asked him to stop, he ignored me and carried on. My nails were never soaked — he just kept filing hard acrylic, which shows a complete lack of proper technique. At one point, the drill even slipped and hit my natural nail causing it to break and he didn't cut this down to fix it.

I left with sore, damaged nails, and later noticed dark discolouration and leftover residue that hadn’t even been properly removed. My nails are now weak and have started tearing — damage entirely caused by this appointment.

I went back to the store to raise this, and the lady refused a refund. Instead, she claimed the discolouration was because I had “washed my hands with soil,” which is completely untrue and frankly ridiculous.

This was reckless, painful, and unprofessional. Avoid this salon completely.

So awful, very dirty and messy shop, the chairs u have to sit on are half broken gamer chairs!? the owner is SO rude!!! (She is the older lady and also the one that did my nails) I asked for short and oval nails with a nude colour painted on top and french tip along with a pedicure, the tips are very visibly wonky and the nails are different shapes and lengths and i didnt get ANY nude colour i asked for lol they're see through! And she completely forgot about my cuticals too i guess...... Horrible service too, my nails were fully dry and i got shouted at to not touch it... I didnt get what i paid for at all :/

WORST NAIL SHOP IVE EVER BEEN TO! Had to go to this nail shops because my usual was fully booked and its safe to say i will NEVER be going back. The shop is unhygenic. There was leftover nail dust all over the table and the nail dryers has strange stains all over them. As for the nails itself, they were the worst acrylics i have ever gotten. The acrylic was applied in a rush and was uneven and lumpy. It didnt go all the way to the edge of my nails either. She filed my nails wonky and when it came to painting my nails she only was painting patches of my nail. The polish was streaky and the french tips were patchy and wonky. When i pointed out the tips were wonky she stared at me blankly then still did my nails wonky. No cutical oil or anything applied. my nail beds look like theyre growing over the acrylic. I can still see bits of my nails on the sides of the acrylic and the acrylic is see through. £1 stick on nails are better than this!. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

got french tips done, however the way the guy did it was very abnormal. instead of using a fine line brush to create the shape, he just painted half my nail in the colour and shaped it by using a thick short brush dipped in acetone. it ended up leaving my nails with colour streaks, the line was jagged and polish mixed with acetone in the cuticles (which weren’t even pushed back). also my nails have bubbles in them, something i have never seen or had before and they’re quite noticeable. there’s no standard of cleanliness and a lot of the polish on the displays have separated. i only went here because my usual place was over booked but i wouldn’t go again.

This is a love or hate it shop. Yes they are brusque. The price is great. Cash only. My biab was taken off really well. Smells very strongly of acetone that it's hard to breathe. Bring your own mask. Expect it to be busy at the time you think it's quietest so best to call ahead.

Been going here about a year and the younger girls have always done a great job However, yesterday the owner (older lady) did my nails and I'm really unhappy! The acyric is thick and not shaped nnice at all..makes my fingers look like sausage rolls I'm going back today... I know it's going to offend her bcoz I feel her ora but I paid 35 and I want what i paid for....14/10/24 Went bk today to request the bulky misshaped nails to be corrected, It was refused and the rude manager said I would need to pay another £20 to correct! I gave a piece of my mind...another customer lost...chk your reviews and act accordingly!!

Do not enter this nail salon. I have been going to this nail salon for the longest and I always firm my anger but today is the day I am going to say something. I will NEVER set foot in this establishment EVER AGAIN. I was spoken to so rudely and treated so poorly. The young ones are learning from the lady with the glasses and short hair. How do you expect me to walk on my bare feet on the ground after getting my feet done and painted. They usually place my slippers on my feet. Today was my first and last. Never again.
