very horrible experience she played with my toes and she didn’t do my infill properly she got mad when i told her to do my infill after i pointed it out she didn’t want to fix it

Hit and miss but when they miss they get annoyed if you point out flaws. I was laughed at today for showing uneven biab paint on my nails. The guys tutted when I showed him the issues and grabbed my hand to try to fix it but when I kept looking, he laughed at me and said, “it’s fine”. The nails were scratched on the top so dirt is getting in the gel. I am posting pictures the same day the nails were done.

I came here for the first time after moving to the area, as the salon was recommended by a friend. Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. I had BIAB nails done less than a week ago by the man who works there, and they are already chipping and lifting.

Even on the day of my appointment, I pointed out to him that something didn’t look right, but instead of listening, he got annoyed and visibly frustrated. That in itself was very unprofessional.

I’ve been doing my nails for many years and this has never happened to me before. Normally, my nails last around three weeks (I only go back because of growth, not damage) and they’re still in perfect shape — but not this time.

Very poor quality work and unprofessional attitude. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this salon based on my experience.
