I got my eyebrows and upper lip threaded. The whole session was very smooth. As I finished work late, they kindly let me come at 6 pm (their closing time). I just called them and they were very accommodating.

Overall, great experience. I just didn't know that they only accept card for over 10 pounds, and mine came to 9. There are no cash machine anywhere nearby do ended up paying 10 pounds. They did offer me to pay another day when I do have cash but I couldn't be bothered to come here again (since it's opposite way for me).
