Service is terrible. Tried to come in twice they kept telling me no. I asked how long is the wait time they also don’t know. I asked how do you not know the estimated wait time. They also don’t know. Clearly need to freshen up on customer service and grasp the importance of knowing an estimated wait time

I’ve been coming to this nail shop for nearly a year now, and I honestly couldn’t recommend them enough. Every single visit has been such a positive experience! I always leave feeling so happy with my nails and the overall service.

The team are genuinely some of the nicest, most welcoming people I’ve come across. They make you feel comfortable from the moment you walk in, and you can tell they really care about their customers. A special thank you to Jamie, David, and Mimi, who are all absolutely lovely and consistently do an amazing job. The rest of the team are just as kind and talented too, even though I didn’t catch all their names.

I’ve even started bringing my mum here because I trust them so much, and she loves it just as much as I do! It’s such a friendly, relaxing environment, and the quality of their work is always spot on.

I wouldn’t go anywhere else, highly recommend!

If you’re looking for a nail salon where staff are rude, unwelcoming, add unexpected charges, and openly talk about customers, then this is the place for you. I have genuinely never stepped into a salon with such consistently poor customer service.

It’s especially disappointing as a loyal, returning client. On my most recent visit, I was charged an additional fee for something I have had done countless times before and have never once been charged for. There was no clear explanation — just an expectation to pay it. That lack of transparency feels incredibly unprofessional.

You would think that when customers are keeping a business running, basic courtesy wouldn’t be too much to expect — yet smiles seem optional and professionalism feels absent.

After reading other reviews, it’s clear I’m not alone. Several loyal customers appear to have stopped returning, which says a lot. It’s a shame, because the quality of the work itself can be decent — but good results don’t make up for an uncomfortable atmosphere or inconsistent treatment.

I won’t be returning.

Avoid at all costs! I’ve been coming here on and off for years because sometimes they’re nice and take their time but usually they rush the job, humiliate you and make you wish you never stepped foot in there.
Mimi is amazing however the rest of the staff are rude and have no common courtesy or professionalism. Today I was told to get up as they needed the chair despite me trying to add their bank details so they could get paid! To top it off they made a fuss about that and made me wait at the door until they checked that they had received the payment.
I’ve never been treated so awfully and will never return, you should all follow suit as they aren’t deserving of our hard earned money.
