The lady who did my nails was extremely rude and was rushing, kept rolling her eyes at me. I asked her a couple of questions and she muttered under her breath about people using her “blood and sweat”. I also got charged extra for booking online through an app even though they confirmed the price when I walked in. Won’t be returning.

I just had my nails done at this salon for the first and last time. I was initially very excited as I saw some of their work on insta and also read on their site that they sanitise their tools which was a big plus for me as a lot of salons don’t do that. Well as soon as I got there he started doing my nails with tools that were clearly used on another customer. During the appointment I noticed that he kept sighing and getting frustrated as I kept tensing. Sorry, I’m an anxious person that doesn’t know how to relax easily. My cuticles were also not cleaned up, so I left with choppy cuticles. The picture I showed was cat eye black nails with a hint of white but I got something completely different. I got no cat eye whatsoever. Safe to say that I will not be returning, and will be taking them off unfortunately in around 2 weeks just so that it doesn’t feel like I wasted my money. - The only plus is they didn’t cut me which is not even a plus as that’s the bare minimum.

All this for £63. Don’t bother going here.

I don’t normally leave reviews, but after the way I was treated today, I felt people should be aware before booking here.

This was my first time visiting this nail salon and unfortunately it was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had. The man doing my nails was extremely rude, aggressive, and unprofessional from the beginning. He repeatedly raised his voice at me in front of other customers, which was embarrassing and completely unacceptable.

Before coming to the salon, I specifically asked for medium-length French tips and confirmed the price beforehand, which was agreed at £46. However, once I arrived, the price suddenly changed to £55, despite my nails being much shorter than the medium length I originally requested.

When I politely explained that the nails were not the length I asked for, instead of correcting them professionally, he became defensive, threatened to stop, and even left my nails unfinished to attend to another customer. I had to call him back and explain how disrespectful and rude that behaviour was.

What upset me most was the complete lack of professionalism, communication, and basic respect shown towards me as a customer. I genuinely felt uncomfortable and unwelcome throughout the appointment.

I will not be returning to this salon and would strongly advise others to think twice before booking here, especially Black women, as the treatment I received today was extremely disappointing and unacceptable.

I have also included a picture of the man who was aggressive and rude towards me during my visit today so people are aware of who dealt with me.

Terrible experience yesterday. I went in at 5.30pm and told to come back just after 6pm. I said I’d wait. Between 5.45pm and 6.30pm several people came in saying they had booked appointments online or called up. The communication was poor. Two people were seen before me and when a third person came in with an appointment I had had enough.
One woman had her feet soaking for a pedicure and was waiting so long she walked out.
Extremely poor service, no apology, no communication, no acknowledgment.
Get it together.
I have been a regular customer so very disappointed.

I asked for a pink/white ombré pedicure, but unfortunately the result was very disappointing. The shape of my nails is uneven and not what I requested—I specifically asked for a square shape, but they have been cut into an inconsistent, random shape instead.

Additionally, my nails were not properly cleaned or prepared before the treatment, which really shows in the final result. The ombré design itself was poorly done, and I even had to ask for a simpler pink version because the original attempt looked so bad.

I am flying for a holiday tomorrow, so this was especially frustrating and upsetting. Overall, the quality of the service was unacceptable, and I will definitely not be returning.

Very polite when taking your money, they say nails guarantee for a week but if you go back with a broken nail you get treated differently. They ignore you and make you feel like you’re out of order. Very rude! Pedicure was very below par, so rushed, the guy was jumping from one basin to another! The girl suggested I got biab on my hands with a tip as my nails were very soft and weak… I did originally ask for shellac. It was very rushed as I stated I had to be out at a certain time. Don’t bother making appointments, I booked for 11, was seen 11.50, and even then it took forever!! They take on too many customers and there’s just not enough staff so everything is rushed, all about ££££. This used to be my go to nail salon but I’ve given them too many chances now. No more! Take your money elsewhere.

I've been going here for a few months now and I will never go anywhere else the staff are all so friendly and make you feel so welcome. You are offered hot beverages when you arrive and made to feel so welcome. The pedicure is amazing and done to perfection 🥰 I always have shellac on my own nails and I'm always so happy how they are done. Everytime time I've gone née has done mine for me he's a lovley guy and takes care in his work. I've had different staff members do my pedicure but I always leave a very happy customer thank you very much euro nail spa 😊

I went there today with my little son , he did touch something but not on purpose ( he’s 5 years old) and the lady amara start to shout and scared him , she did apologise later on but is not this the way you behave .
After I showed her a colour she did apologise later totally different colour to my nail and the nails looked horrible even she did not take off my cuticles and the nails anre not same different shape and very low quality . After that she did change the colour but she was so frustrated and rude .
I asked them to just takeoff my nails and refund me and they refuse cause really they are horrible and low quality . I am not happy and there was very expensive. 55£ pound for this horrible nails . It was 10£ extra for chrome as you can see in picture there is no chrome is just a pink Barbie colour so awulf
Please do not come here !!!
Just waste of your money !!
Never back again!!
