Genuinely the best pedicure I have ever had here! My bestie told me about the store and I have returned numerous times since. They are great at the shape, also ensure my feet are nice and smooth. They have a range of colours to pick from too! The staff are always lovely and take care when completing the service

I have been their customer for a few years. Everything has been so good with my lady (the lady with glasses). Recently, they have a new girl, and I always have a really horrible experience with her. She is always on the phone. When I came in, the other lady was busy with another customer, but she still did not serve me. When she was doing my hands, she was on the phone all the time. I’m wondering if the manager should let her do feet only. I do not want her to do my nails next time!!!!

Worst nail shop ever! Service is extremely bad, quality of nails after doing them were atrocious, my 4 year old could have done a better job. When I asked for a refund they were so rude and aggressive and said they would fix it but it was so badly done that it was beyond repairable. They were reluctant to give me a refund and initially refused until my husband came in to demand my money back. You couldn’t even pay me to go back to this place. I should have known how bad the service and quality of work was from the last time I was in there and they managed to rip a customers nail off, God knows how, but she was bleeding and requested a refund and they were reluctant l to give her her money back then too. Avoid like the plague!

Horrible customer service. Only two people who can actually do nails, which was the reason why I stayed loyal to the shop. The older man and woman both do a horrible paint job and poor application, rushing and cutting people and dismissing customer concerns. Never going back. Spent over £300 this year in this shop, they will never get another penny from me

These are the worst gel nails I have ever had done, came off within 2 days (chipped, lifting off the nail) and the way they were painted was very wonky. Staff are extremely unfriendly and don’t even seem to know what they are doing. Gel bottles are old and the place feels dirty

Young girls are good and still learning but improving with every visit. The man rush, extremely nasty, don’t listen to what you want. After years of visiting I’m extremely disappointed once again

The last place I would recommend!!! The old lady was so rude and keep hurting me, I chose a colour and she didn’t even try to help me just told she didn’t had and after I chose another and show her the picture she laughs, I could tell she was talking about me to the other girls… when I ask the price at first she told me was 25 and after she charge me 30
