originally found this nail shop on TikTok but reason I am coming back is because of Kayden. He’s done my nails twice now and both times he completely exceeded my expectations. His attention to detail is unreal and he can literally recreate any design you show him. Nothing ever feels rushed and he really takes his time to make sure everything is perfect.

Not only is he talented, but he’s also friendly, patient and makes the whole appointment such a good experience. Honestly the best nail tech I’ve been to and I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my nails now

In my experience, the service was rather subpar. Despite repeatedly requesting my nails to be thinly shaped around the sides, they were not completed to my satisfaction. Additionally, each nail has a different shape, which further complicated the process. Ultimately, I resorted to using their nail file to shape my nails myself.

I've been coming here a few times and had mixed experiences but Today I just felt that I paid a lot for minimum servuce. Bad cleaning standards, no sanitizing ustensils. I only met 2 employees that are ok the lady owner and a young guy with glasses. The rest of the staff are jus haisty, rude and they don't do what ghey charge for, as drilling dead skin by cuticles etc .I was not give an option to change if the colour/finish on chosen top finish even if it didn't look like on their chart. He aplied on one nail and I mention it's not what I wanted , he just said I chose diferent base after we agreed from begining the shade iIwanted it to look.I was just doing my nails bfr Holiday and didn't have an option to change it paid £80 for 2 service and I left the place very disapointed This time.

I won't be coming back. I booked an appointment in advance for a pedicure and acrylics on my hands. When I arrived at 5:20 PM (my appointment time), they started my pedicure, but when it got to my hands (around 6:15) they said they couldn't finish both services because they needed to set up the rest of the furniture. The salon closes at 7 PM, and my appointment was confirmed to include both services, but they kept rushing

They also told me I was taking too long to pick a colour for my nails, but I was still getting my pedicure done! The technician would have not started my hands until my feet were finished. In the end, he said he'd do my hands eventually, but at that point, I decided I’d rather spend my money elsewhere with better customer service.

I was told before I arrived that both services would be completed in the appointment, but that clearly wasn’t the case.

Very bad customer service - the staff don’t smile at you and behave as though they are doing a favour. They also don’t put much work into the nails and simply do the bare minimum

Owner allows customers to vape and smoke all sorts in the shop which is illegal. I visited and some women were smoking indoors and one customer objected but the owner stayed silent.
