Google Got a gel pedicure for £38. It was a rushed job, no ‘actual’ pedicure treatment but rather focus on a bad job at gel, which was see-through and looked like a toddler done it even after 3 coats.

Google Unfortunately very disappointed. Paid for nail and polish, had way too many layers and 5min after leaving the place the nails were completely destroyed. On the phone I tried to get a refund and they told me that it’s because it’s cheap and just a nail polish. I guess if they can’t make the nail polish last for more than a day then they shouldn’t use it.
No refund, no sorry. Avoid at all costs!

Hi Paulina, I am sorry you felt like it was a bad experience, although I would like to comment on this. Firstly, you have booked for a normal nail polish - in every shop the steps include: base, 2 layers of colour, and top coat. If you have done normal polish, normally you have to dry for at least 15 min and still be careful afterwards. Instead, even after one of our technicians asked you to dry for longer, you have rushed out. In this case, the most we could do is fix it for you, but we do not give a refund as it is not our fault. The problem is not with a poor quality polish or the application that your nails didn’t last one day, but with the fact that you did not let it dry properly.

Google I thought gel acrylic extensions were supposed to last longer than a week. They all came off after a week of having them done.
Don't get your nails done here.

Google Went for a pedicure. The lady cut my skin when clipping toe nails. Didn't even acknowledge it. Now I have an infection and need antibiotics. It's not even a decent pedicure. I will not be returning nor will I recommend to anyone.

Google 👎👎Unfortunately, my experience at this nail salon was very disappointing. The product used on my nails got onto the skin, causing discomfort, and I even had to have it filed off directly on my skin, which was painful. Even after three days, the skin around my hands is still sore. The gold polish on my nails ended up uneven and the overall service did not meet my expectations. The technician applied a lot of pressure to remove the excess product, which made the experience even more uncomfortable. I hope the salon pays more attention to precision and safety for a better customer experience.
