Hello, I visited your salon around 2 months ago after it was recommended to me by someone. Unfortunately, I was not happy with the quality of the work. I’ve always had strong natural nails and had never used acrylics because it wasn’t necessary , but since my visit to your salon my nails have been badly damaged. I haven’t been able to get them done again because they became weak and ruined. As you can see in the photo, my nails are breaking, chipping, and in very poor condition.

The staff were polite and professional, so I have no complaints regarding the service itself, but I am very disappointed with the condition my nails were left in after the treatment

I visited this nail salon today. The service was okay, but the result was very simple for the price of £57. Considering it is a new salon, I expected a better balance between price and quality. There are other nail technicians nearby who offer much better quality work for around £36. I hope the quality improves in the future or the pricing is reconsidered.
Thank you for your response, but my review is based on the actual result of the work done on my nails. The work is very poor and the acrylic was not applied properly. I also have photos that clearly show the result.

For a price of £57, I expected a much more professional job, not such a simple and poorly done result. Unfortunately, I consider it a mistake that I came to your salon.

You said: “We wish you the best in finding a salon that suits your preferences.” I’m sure I will find a much better salon than yours.
I even had to go to another salon to fix the mistake with my nails, and the technician there was surprised by the work that was done

I come from far every two weeks just to have my manicure and pedicure at Nail Theory because the staff are special with their professional touch and very friendly!
I can see this shop is the best one on Finchley Road!!! The place relaxing and is clean and the nail colours are just amazingly beautiful! Spoilt with choice!!!
Nice to be pampered by these staff and always happy with a big smile of satisfaction!!!

I don’t usually leave reviews but Nail Theory really exceeded my expectations. From the moment I arrived I was welcomed and the service was great. My shellac nails haven’t chipped at all and it’s been 4 weeks.. way better than the usual nail bar I go to so I’m definitely switching to Nail Theory. Highly recommend this place

The best looking nail salon in Temple Fortune. As for Liz and Anna the owners, they are the nicest ladies and fantastic at nails. I popped in to see them on hearing that they had opened their own salon. Wishing you nothing but success❤️ highly recommend!
