Attended for a bouncy blow dry on Monday at 9:30am as I had an event at 12pm. The colleague was nice and friendly, however, the blow dry didn't even hold an hour. By the time I had reached West Brompton, there wasn't even a curl in my head and when I got home at 11:15am, my hair was back to it's regular straight self with no indication that I had even had a blow dry. Hugely disappointing for £38. I sent an email with photos but haven't yet had a response. Wouldn't recommend.

Max is the best for colour and cut., very difficult to find a top stylist who can do both so well. Plus the blow dry bar is flawless. Thank you. Highly recommended

Really depends on who you get. Been going for years and they used to be all really good especially if you are luck enough to have Max the owner in who is delightful. Today the experience was not so great, stylist lectured me on my hair type because I complained about it being too hot and pulling very aggressively. The result was as suspected too flat and my scruple still hurts form the heat. I regularly get my hair blow dried and have been for 30 plus years. Sadly don't see myself rebooking ever unless I can guaranty the stylist but this is not the business module. Goodbye Centini.

Amazing service, treatments and the owner and staff are funny and attentive. I’ve been going to Max since I moved to London in 2007. He’s a friend and a great hairdresser. I let him do what he believes will suit me. I cannot recommend him more. He is the best in London.
