The worst nail salon in London.
I had a very poor experience at this salon. The technician touched my gel polish with the electric file four times, which meant I had to put my hand under the UV lamp four separate times just to fix the damage.
I asked for an almond shape, but the final result looked nothing like what I requested. I also asked for my nails to be shortened slightly, but they cut them far too short, much shorter than I wanted.
Additionally, the underside of my nails was not cleaned properly. I had to ask them to clean it, and even then it was not done properly. The staff were also quite rude, which made the overall experience even more uncomfortable.

Overall, the service felt careless and unprofessional. I would not recommend this salon.

It was my first experience getting my nails done but however I had a idea about how it's works.
I did get the nail but they didn't do it properly and they have charged more for the gel nails. And there was only 1 person who was looking after all.

Never going back for pedicure, charged £40 for gel removal and pedicure and he broke my right nail by simply pulling the shellac😟😟. Feel sorry for my left big nail which was damaged already after someone stepping on it🤧 so I expected tender care, i was too sick to walk to a different saloon away from my flat. Most annoying is that they talk in own language when customers are in the service seat, feels like they are teasing/humiliating/ commenting the people around. But TINA does good nail works (only her) as i have done and also taken a friend. A question that is unanswered -why would we pay for something that isn’t done yet???????????
