I attended for a one-hour facial, including extraction work, and unfortunately found the experience very disappointing from start to finish.

Payment was taken upfront, which was fine, however once the treatment began the service felt rushed and inattentive. There was very little communication throughout the facial and no proper explanation of what products were being used or how long I would be left for.

At one stage I was left alone in the treatment room for around 20 minutes with no warning, only to find the therapist outside carrying out eyebrow threading on another client. This made the appointment feel far from a one-to-one facial and as though I was simply being fitted in around other customers.

The facial itself was uncomfortable rather than relaxing, with products repeatedly massaged directly around and onto my eyelids, causing product to get into my eyes and sting. When I raised this during the treatment, along with the fact that I had been left alone for such a long period, my concerns were dismissed rather than handled with any care or apology.

The extraction element also felt extremely rushed. I was quickly told that I “didn’t have any blackheads” without any real assessment of my pores, despite there clearly being congestion/whiteheads I wanted addressed.

To make matters worse, the customer service at the end was equally poor — staff were gathered around the till area and I simply paid and walked out with no apology, no thanks and no basic courtesy.

Overall the treatment felt uncomfortable, impersonal and lacking in professionalism. For £45, I expected a calm and thorough facial experience, but left feeling disappointed and dismissed. I would not return.

Paying £95;for a hydro facial was more like an express treatment. Rushed and I felt was not to standard compared to other places.

The machine was leaking water in my ear, ended up with gel in my hair that was not cleaned properly. Everystep was rushed and it wasn't a proper facial.

Not worth the money

Very sorry but I was not impressed and wont be coming back. Not worth the money.

I had a haircut with Naz and as usual she was brilliant.
I had a pedicure with Rinku and she was amazing. My feet feel fantastic. She was very friendly and very good either way the pedicure.
Definitely recovery of them highly.
