Unfortunately the service wasn’t what I expected, nail chipped second day and I also noticed bubbles and dust trapped in the polish after the booking and the stylist just didn’t bother at all I think the worst part was the shaping of the nail I asked for square and the walls of the nails are not straight at all they are too round one nail is even shorter than the others she really did a very bad job I expected way more for £37

Having a 1 star review is a reason . Yesterday we go to the nail store and as soon as we arrive no one cares about us . I even have to stand there and wait .and then the one who’s doing the nail for my girl is a guy. He’s unskilled. Not professional. His work is totally disappointing. U can seee the difference between the reference picture and the nail I got . Totally different and unsatisfying. Won’t come again and won’t recommend to the others .

I went in for a gel manicure (with removal). The nail tech was rushing and very rough with my nails. She scraped off my natural nail in places and left parts of the old gel in other places, very careless. She also cut me when removing cuticles and even 2 weeks later it's still inflamed and swollen- see photos. The gel I'd chosen is translucent and the old gel was visible underneath and only when I pointed it out she removed it and I had to point out individual parts myself becuase she didn't check. She just filed down small spots on my nail to remove the old gel and put more gel over top and the cat eye colour doesn't have a clear reflection becuase of this. It looks patchy. It was so obvious that she just wanted to rush and go home as soon as possible. At the end, the top coat was not even applied to the entire nail, just in the middle parts and again only when I pointed it out she applied more to actually cover the nail. Next time, just say you don't have time for the appointment. I could have waited for the next day instead of you rushing and cutting me and still leaving me with nails that look ugly. I'm so unhappy with this experience and my nails. The water bowl i put my hand in during the manicure part also felt dirty. I could feel the pieces of files nail from whoever used it before me.

Never again 😒 got my nails done for my birthday they all pinged off one by one in the space of 2 days!!! Paid £60 for full set for it to literally ping off while washing my hair lol! The girl who did my nails was ill with cold or flu or something and gave me it aswell.. when I called up they just told me to come back in and pay again but half price!! Hell to the no! I'll just never use them again!

I’ve visited this salon several times and have received services from different technicians. Most recently, I had BIAB applied, but the application was rushed and quite thick. Within three days, the corners began lifting and chipping, and I had it removed within a week.
The same technician who applied the BIAB—she wears glasses—also handled the removal. Unfortunately, her attention to detail was poor. She worked roughly, often digging her nails into my skin while filing or painting, and her demeanor was unwelcoming, making me feel like an inconvenience.
This experience has left my nails bruised from excessive filing and drilling, and I’ve decided this will be my last visit to the salon.

I guess this just proves that cheap doesn’t always mean great.

Just don't. Poor service, quality as if I didn't pay or somthing. I've booked for acrylic with extra long nails which means I'm paying for extra length.
Literally the whole time, she was huffing and puffing, complaining about it's too long.
Shapes are awful, worst l've seen, so l just left in the middle of the sets without colour.

I had the worst pedicure experience in my life ever! The foot tub was dirty! They couldn't bother to use disposable nylon to cover the tub. Dirty towels were used and dirty tools. There was no proper foot rest. Not a single thing was added to the water used to soak the feet. The worst part was the technician who did mine. She was very unprofessional, rough and hurried the entire process. She slapped my feet so hard several times that I almost cried and wondered what the hell that was for. Now my feet are hurting so badly that I am going to put in an official complaint about this. I do not see the purpose of she slapping my feet so hard several times. It was so ridiculous and unbelievable! I refused her doing my nails subsequently.
I honestly feared the possibility of getting infected due to how dirty the tub was and the tools used.
If my toes get infected, I would definitely be taking it up

I got a gel manicure done on Tuesday and on the same day it chipped and on Thursday another finger peeled. This is really a shame given it was £30. Please can you contact me to provide a refund?

I’m not one to leave bad reviews but I’ve been a regular customer here for months, but the service has consistently been disappointing. During my visit today, I left in tears after being spoken to rudely when I gave polite feedback about my nails. Instead of addressing my concerns professionally, the technician became visibly irritated and aggressive.
This isn’t the first issue I’ve previously been cut during a session and blamed for it, despite calmly pointing out that I was bleeding. Most recently, I was scolded after the clinician did a poor job for not letting my nails dry long enough, even though I followed the technician’s instructions.
As a paying customer, I should be treated with respect and offered compensation for poor service not made to feel uncomfortable or at fault. While one staff member has always been lovely, and I even tipped her last week, the overall experience has been consistently negative. Sadly, I probably won’t be returning.
