Moved to the area a year ago, tried a few places and this has been my fav. Staff are lovely, I broke a nail - my own stupid fault and they fixed it for free the next day. Biab and extensions last well. Photo of 3 weeks - still good 😌. Service is super quick as they use 2 gel drying machines.

I sadly can't recommend this salon, although the people there are lovely.

And I want to make that point extremely clear; the people who run and work in the shop are delightful. They were so patient and kind. This review is not a bash on them or the establishment, but just based on my experience having the nails done and how they lasted.

I came for medium French tip coffins. They only put one coat of pink on, meaning you could still see the plastic acrylics that's stuck to my actual nail underneath the biab. When I asked them about it, they said it was ombre and that they were following the reference I showed them. I attached the reference in this review so you can see the difference. You can clearly see that the reference image was not ombre at all, and the plastic under my nails doesn't make them look natural.

2 days after getting them done, my right ring finger nail broke clean in half as I got it caught ripping a cardboard box. Though getting it stuck wasn't their fault, the fact that they broke under little stress like that is saddening, considering I paid nearly £60 for these nails. I have had other nails that have withstood worse than this and not broken, whilst being less expensive.

I'm glad that they have good reviews because they deserve all the love, but I will not be coming back, even to get the nail fixed.

Awful customer service. The man didn’t do my nails properly as he was rushing, he kept yanking my hand and was very rough. He shouted at me as I left the store. So unhappy with the result, do not come here!

Horrible experience the man who did my nails was extremely rude and had full blown argument with me. IF YOU WANT FRENCH TIP DO NOT GO HERE!!!! Doesn’t look good at all. Had to go to another shop to take off the nails and do a fresh set
