If you want to experience a calm and refreshing pedi and manicure then check out Tom at Lucy Nails.Scheduled an appointment and seen promptly.Staff very polite and welcoming.The shop is airy modern and has five star hygiene ratings. I was overdue a pedicure and Tom worked magic on my feet and hands.I will be a regular customer.Excellent service

DO NOT GO TO THIS NAIL SHOP. THEY HAVE BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE, HAD ME WAITING FOR MORE THAN 1 HOUR FOR AN APPOINTMENT WITH NO APOLOGY, JUST RUDENESS. THEIR SYSTEM FOR TAKING APPOINTMENTS IS SO STUPID , LETS SAY THEY GIVE YOU 1PM THEY WILL HAVE YOU WAITING AT 1PM IN THE SHOP STILL DOING OTHERS NAILS. SO RUDE NEVER COMING AGAIN BEFORE I WAS A LOYAL CUSTOMEE

The shape, the ombré glaze, the attention to detail everything came out SO clean and luxury looking. The staff was super sweet, patient, and understood exactly the vibe I wanted. Perfect for a soft desi baddie aesthetic 💅🏽🤍

Staff are lovely but the quality of the nails isn’t up to scratch. 5 nails broken in a week, one that severely damaged my own nail and caused an infection. Weirdly enough another nail which didn’t break also seems inflected. I’ve been getting nails done for 15 years, I would really not recommend this place

Gave me a completely different set to what I asked for and charged me more for it but it looked good so I still payed. A few weeks after I took the nails off I had multiple rings of fire on several nails and two of my nails had detached from the nail bed.
