Really rushed (15 mins start to finish) and not well done at all - regretted not doing them myself as it wasn't relaxing in the slightest and would've done a better job. The nail varnishes and equipment are also all really old. Think it might depend on who you get there but I won't be risking going back.

The woman who did my nails was rough and that night i couldn't sleep due to the burning and throbbing caused by her heavy hand. Five nights later a nail fell off in my sleep. I will alway ask for Kevin in future - h is fantastic.

I don’t own a bank card and usually pay for my nail appointment with bank transfer, and this has always been ok. Lady today was rude and hostile, denying that I’ve ever paid my bank transfer (showed her I had details saved on my bank account). I told her I can leave and pay for her having filed my nails, and I apologised. She insisted I stay and was calling her boss to clarify that a bank transfer would be ok (even tho she herself was claiming to be the boss ??? and I knew she actually wasn’t as I’ve met the lovely owner before!) and being super aggressive as she was doing my nails. Gel is already peeling after an hour and ruined what was supposed to be a nice experience. Cheers.

Booked several weeks in advance for a holiday via instagram - booking was confirmed. Turned up to be told no one was available to do my nails due to staffing issues and if I could rebook another day. Was told this had been a staffing issue since the morning (5:45pm appt) and when I asked why no one had contacted me, they couldn’t provide an answer.

nail tech didn’t apply the nails properly leaving gaps between my real nail and the acrylics. cut my fingers twice as she was watching a show on her phone and barely looking at what she was doing. Also had me sitting down for an hour and a half for my nails to dry. Nice people but horrible application
