My partner just took our daughter to have her acrylic nails removed that’s all they asked for that’s it, they removed the acrylic nails but decided to go on and cut her natural nails down without even asking! By the time they did it was too late to say anything my autistic daughter is really upset now because of this so anyone who is looking to have their acrylic nails removed don’t go here because they will just do what they want without even asking you! £15 to take off acrylic nails and then to cut the natural nails short without permission is disgusting! Avoid this shop their are better alternatives than this dive.

So unhappy with them. I came with my nearly three year old girl and was turned away. Bear in mind, the shop was not busy. I have done my nails several times with my daughter with me and have never had any issues. It seemed to be a discrimination issue if I’m honest. Will never attend this place again. And if you have children with you don’t even bother.

Been going there for a while as is near by, but won't be returning; nails chipping after less than a week, owner makes customers feel awkward when they paying by card or question something, also their prices are not consistent- so be very careful. Personally? They should invest in better quality products before charging customers top wack.
