I have left 3 messages on this Salons answerphone. Noone has had the courtesy to return My calls. They obviously do not need new business. Nevertheless not returning a customers call is rather unprofessional and sloppy which is off putting.
I ended up going to a Salon named The Lavander House in Southport as they did return My call. The treatments were wonderful.

Owner Response:

So sorry Linda for not getting back to you. We have been having trouble with our answer phone machine and is being dealt with just taking longer due to the salon being very busy nevertheless we take all reviews seriously and hope you will consider us in the future .
