Lucy was absolutely amazing! She explained every step of the HydraFacial clearly, made me feel so comfortable and relaxed throughout, and was so friendly and professional. My skin feels incredibly clean, smooth, glowing and refreshed - the results are instant and better than I expected. I had originally left a gleaming review after my manicure and pedicure this week. I’m happy enough with the pedicure but the manicure has not impressed. I asked for no polish so needed a clean and neat cuticle and nail plate with evenly shaped nails. I only really paid attention to detail afterwards. My cuticles are not tidy. Some are still adhered down the nail plate while others are partially trimmed. Nails are various lengths and some are squared where others are squoval.
I am actually disappointed and only sorry I didn’t flag it up sooner as the manicure wasn’t cheap.
