Rude staff and racist ,felt disrespected staff arguing with me ,no apology offered after messed up my nails .They left gaps and started giving false explanation nails look a week old .Nails done Wednesday evening and l went back on Saturday morning. Staff told me l shouldn't come in the morning to complain and if it's about money l should come after 2 weeks to get them redone .

Regarding with the gap near the cuticle it normal for some space to appear a few day after the initial application . You first visited us on 12th of November,2025, and returned on the 15th of November,2025 which is about 4days later. At that time , we reviewed the nails and confirmed that the gaps was within normal expectations.
We always strive to ensure that our clients are happy with their result and always open to addressing genuine concerns. We
appreciate your understanding and the chance to clarify this situation.
